Hitchin RFC U16 Girls are one of the leading girls' rugby teams in Hertfordshire, combining a strong record on the pitch with a fun, supportive and inclusive environment. Our focus is on helping every player develop their skills, confidence and love of the game, while building lasting friendships and creating unforgettable team experiences. We work hard, play hard and always play with a smile on our faces.

The squad will compete in HEM League Division 1 rugby this season and take part in a range of league, cup, festival and fixtures throughout the year. Our coaching team is committed to developing every player, regardless of experience, in a safe and positive environment where enjoyment, teamwork and personal growth come first.

We warmly welcome new players of all abilities, whether you have played rugby before or are looking to try the sport for the very first time. Rugby truly is a game for everyone, and there has never been a better time to get involved in the rapidly growing girls' game. New players are invited to join us at our Open Day on Sunday 20 September 2026 1.30 - 3.00pm, where they can meet the coaches, make new friends and experience everything that makes Hitchin Rugby Club such a special place to play rugby.
