Hitchin reciprocated the friendly from earlier in the season, and this time it was Cheshunt who took the victory. Centre Sam Thompson and Winger Jonny Martin scored first half tries, each converted by Harry T. The 14-14 scoreline mirrored the 1XV match, but the slope played a significant factor, and it was all Cheshunt in the second half.

Our hosts graciously lent us players as injuries took their toll, and with 15 minutes to play both sides agreed to bring an end to the match.
