The participants in U8 Tag Festival came prepared to be soaked, with many coming prepared with rain shelters and umbrellas. Despite this, the turn out was excellent and the setup went smoothly.
Hitchin fielded 2.5 teams, playing against Royston, Enfield, Cheshunt and Harpenden among others. The weather cooperated for the duration of the festival and the well-planned pitches and scheduling went smoothly throughout. The BBQ and refreshments were great and everyone had a lot of fun.
The volunteers did an amazing job in making this an enjoyable and memorable day! Thank you again!
