The U16 Girls squad has again been a major contributor to County 'DPP' rugby this season with 10 Hitchin players represented at this age group. They played three formal fixture dates with multiple matches per fixture this season after a number of additional Training, Gym & Nutrition sessions. All Sessions are run by the County team with a mix of coaches and players from Saracens, County Clubs and other guests all supporting their Rugby development. This season Hitchin coaches Mark D and Chris W supported by U18's Daisy D & Niamh W formed part of the Herts coaching team.
This year has been incredibly successful for Hertfordshire U16 Girls where they were undefeated all season. (vs Essex, Eastern Counties & East Midlands)
Well Done to all of the Girls for both reaching the squad, performing well and being fantastic representatives for Hitchin Girls Rugby.
